Wow, that is awesome.

I'll toot my own harm. A couple of years ago Josh Henkin and I each successfully completedd a TGU with a 95lb dumbbell once on the right, once on the left. But that's a far cry from doing the BEAST!

I don't know franz, somehow I feel a db would be much harder than a kb. higher center of gravity.either way well done and I bet you could do the beast as well.

Thanks a lot for the nice comments.
I find it most easy to do the TGU with the Kettlebell, but I also think that it's about what piece of equipment you train with.

Holy cow I have trouble doing that with a 16kg bell. Good grief.

Hey Christine.
Where is the critical part for you in the TGU.
For most it is in the beginning. In case, make sure to rotate to the left when you hold the kettlebell in the right, and push with the right foot. This should help create some momentum.
