Of course on seeing that Tracy had to get in on the act and did the same. Unreal.
"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

"Happy Rif" looks good man!
Mr. Bartley is a B-E-A-S-T.
Great to see you again, Rif. Keep in touch, for sure. Continued success.
Royce, yes, Spud is a beast, but he is one the most humble people I have ever met. Great guy, very soft spoken and as he said, "I'm just another guy." That says it all.
BJ Bliffert
same here bj, it was great to see you and to see Kori get her RKC. She did great.and yes Spud is just a great guy all around. Humble AND funny.
No one who squats over 1000 is "just another guy" though. at the very least they are out of their minds, lol.
Those were his words, not mine, and I was blown away at how humble a man he is. Truly one of a kind.
Take care,
bj I know he was being very self depracating, as most humble guys are.
Awesome pics. thanks again for sharing them!
