Rif I think you touched on it when you replied to Franz, but I have a question. How the hell do those guys and gals squat so much. It's insane how easy they make it look.

I don't know how to calculate oly plates but his squats at the end have to be freakin huge, especially considering his weight.
as you can see by the pics of the young kids they work perfect technique for YEARS before they ever load the bar heavy. The form is so perfect its not an issue.
So much of strength is neurological,and the real key is not BUILDING strength into the muscleas much as finding ways to stop allowing the "breaks" that keep us from fully accessing the strength that is there, from coming on.That and perfect form and no fear.
Cool. It really iz crazy how much bodybuilding has influenced people to think you have to be big to be strong.
