"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

This weeks numbers
Swings: 240+370+380=990 ! ( a grand is coming soon)
you're welcome man, that is a treasure trove of great, real deal training info.SO many 'lifters' dont' have any idea of the history of the sport or whose shoulders they stand upon.
Yeah, plus just the different articles on the different routines gives ma craploads of ideas. I was wondering how to put OHP in my routine and then read about Terry Todd. He had a seperate day for OHP. I'm not changing anything yet, but it gave me some ideas for sure!
keeping good overhead mechanics will not only help your bench press in the long run but keep your shoulder girdle much healthier. course it can also wreck it but thats how it goes.lol.
