Wow Rif. Those pics are amazing. And who ever said weight weightlifters are inflexible muscle bound bafoons? Obviously they have not seen athletes like the Chinese!
weightlifters have the best combination of real world useable strength( picking up heavy things and putting them overhead),speed,power,flexibility and athleticism of any athlete that I can think of.
I spent a lot of time around world class olympic lifters in my gym for nine years and have nothing but respect and admiration for them.
Having always wanted big ass, strong legs more than anything for the last 30 years I immediately appreciated Ol. Anything that was based on non stop squatting and squat variations was alright with me!
