"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

Marko Suomi's Finnish KB Bash
Got these from Marko's blog. Looks like a hell of a good time and a bunch of serious guys. Plus the scenery looks beautiful! Nice job Marko. wish I could read Finnish.
I'm sure the pool would look a lot better with water in it. Maybe some sun. Maybe throw in a fresh coat of paint and some people. Other than that, I think it looks great.
I wish I had buddies to train with like that. I'll have to put it on my Christmas list.
The pool was built for the 1952 Olympics, and I hear they still use it sometimes during the summer. Great place anyway. It was a good session, basically we put it together trough a Finnish KB forum, we had never met before :)
Here's some pics from a previous KB meet I was in, in a different place and with different people: http://soturi.tuta.org/kuvia/Leppavaara_12.8.2006/
