Man did he walk through the beast challenge.

That film clip was incredible, the whole thing, and I mean the whole clip.
Cotters mind-bending pistol jumps, Gregor (?) snatching in a wheelchair.
Got me fired up,and I found a place that will donate a tractor tire to the "Remove the Fat from Royces' Ass" charity, I think I can pick it up tommorrow.

HOC with tire flipping instead of jogging anyone??????

We'll see but right now I am going to go do some HOC with my bag and light kb.

Rock and Roll!!

Yeah, that's pretty sweet. One day that could be me. I need a pull up bar, that's for sure. I'd love to tame the beast. I just need practice. Do they allow chin-ups to tame it as one guy tried?

Regardless, I want to and will become an RKC at some point. Maybe when I get off FTO or probation once I'm in a department.

Thanks,
Dymmel

Dymmel,

Yes, you probably want to pass FTO first! That will be difficult enough, and a total learning experience.

Rif,

I am so stoked by that clip, I have been watching it at least 3x a day. It is helping me get my mind focused on April 2007 RKC. Will you be there?

Pete

Excellent! I will be there in April to assist, and I am expecting for the instructors to participate in the Bear Crawl test!

BTW, how do you post video on the blog? I just edited a windows movie maker 6 minute film about academy PT for an IT class I finished today. In the clip, I have my recruits using kettlebells, sledgehammers, etc. I would love to share it with y'all.
