Super strong today for some reason, So so sleep but each rep flew and felt light in my hands! 185 and 195 felt light only moved "ok...

Check the "Ball in a Row" video. That is why I use mine for sprawls and some loosening up. ;-))
yeah I know, thats the one I wanted this for. insane. way too easy to get destroyed. oh and btw NASTY knee picture you put up on Garm. UGH.
