Have decided to really start considering my stretching workouts as real workouts. This is the most important stuff I have to do now anyhow. This is what is getting me out of pain.

Very true about the stretching/joint mobility counting as a workout. I definitely feel the difference when I do them regularly or if I neglect them.

Are you going to post a video of RIFGA? :)

Did you see the new ROCKY trailer where he is using a kettlebell? There is another video of Rocky using a keg on a glute/ham machine, and lifting chains. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in more general public interest in KBs and Underground strength training.

lol, Pete.hadnt thought about it but I will and yes I saw the trailer-all good.it's just getting bigger all the time.

 This went VERY well almost all reps identical. Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it with more weight on ...
