Very cool, I always go through an imaginary sequence ( or rather weightless sequence ) before i do anything new. I just figured out I tend to go loose and loose tension when the 'bell is at the top of the swing/high pull/snatch then try to get it back. I can't communicate how amazed i am that there are so many subtle permutations to such a simple movement.
