I definitely feel the difference when I do them regularly or if I neglect them. <BR/><BR/>Are you going to post a video of RIFGA? :)<BR/><BR/>Did you see the new ROCKY trailer where he is using a kettlebell? There is another video of Rocky using a keg on a glute/ham machine, and lifting chains.
