Woo Hoo 9.2

recent all time low, 9.2% bodyfat. Just a couple of scoops of haagen daz away from breaking 9%which is one of my goals. Would like to live between 8 and 9.5% instead of the 9.5- 11% I do now. No worries it is coming. Bodyweight is 161.8 lbs.

Pretty sore in the rear delts and lats from yesterdays pullup workout. Thought they had gotten a bit deconditioned.

5:30 am 20 minutes Rifga stretching. THose calf raises seemed to help yesterday as the left leg straightened out much easier so will keep them in.

trace,

I am still following the warrior diet, just cutting back on desserts more and more and eating TONS more veggies, mainly stir fried with my proteins.

pretty much off grains completely as well as most regular carbs. as long as I stick to ice cream and dark chocolate for dessert it seems to be working well, along with the increased training volume.

royce,
good for you man, 44 pounds is serious! plus if you can lose that much you can lose as much as you want as far as I'm concerned.and yes the maual labor is important, lol. one of the things that really helped me lately was doing three long days of work at the cert. all that standing walking and demo'ing combined with less eating really pushed me over the edge and got things to start going right again.

thanks for posting again man good to hear from you.
