Great article! I have a foam roller that I bough from Ken. It has done wonders on keeping my thoracic area aligned. He showed me the tennis ball on the bottom of my feet. It increased my hamstring flexibility by 4-5 inches right after I finsihed rolling the ball. Good stuff, I hope it works well for you, Rif.

yea, I want to try the two tennis balls in a sock on either side of the spine. and on the peroneals. I already use a golf ball on the soles of the feet.

I been doin' that stuff for years..it works great! I look at it as a prehab type of maintenance. I like to do decompression hangs and then use a foam roller on my back...works great and I'm usually a 1/2 inch taller afterwards.. good stuff, thanks for posting that.

yeah I am taller afterwards too, but the bad news is that I am still only 5'5" when I'm done!

Great article. Perfect timing for me as now I start my pre-hab work. The lasst 5 weeks I have not been able to do alot of soft tissue work and zero stretching, my back just didn't tolerate it. Look like now I can get back into it. I've also used a golf ball on the feet and that works well, although it hurts quite a bit!

What a freaking great day! This is without a doubt the best group of heavy reps I have ever done! Every set was just about perfect. Plus I ...
