 Another PR! 195 for 3 which surprised me, not only that I got it but how strong it was. Not enough  sleep last night either but technique held and new corrections were spot on

 This went well Moving this workout next week to thursdays. I will ruck  wednesdays. I need another day of rest and this follows the pattern...
