44 kg One arm swings 16 x 5/5, 44 kg belt squat 3 x 10, pullaparts

 Strong day. Fast pace, solid height  and power with not too much  effort. Really focused on locking into the standing plank and trying to hold it while the bell floats. Not as good a height as the 40 but better than ever
