A day late posting but it got done
Hot from the start after two 95+ degree days. Dead calm at start no breeze
45 lb ruck
9 laps
1:20 minutes
Didn't track laps times but was strong probably 8:20 min 1/2 miles
Big sweat but no problems

Unreal this went SO WELL. So strong Switching the watch function to current pace made all the difference as did 1:18 min of deep sleep Also...
