Sunday Ruck Hot

 A day late posting  but it got done

Hot from the start after two 95+ degree days. Dead calm at start no breeze

45 lb ruck

9 laps

1:20 minutes

Didn't track laps times but was strong probably 8:20 min 1/2 miles

 Big sweat but no problems
