wow. mike is a mutant for sure. cant remember all but he did 1000 swings with a 97 lb kb in less than an hour. snatched the 88 for 10 sets of 10/10, did 10/10 windmills with the 88.have to recheck some blog entries for the rest.

How did those rope climbs feel on your elbows and shoulders?
my elbows and shoulders felt fine franz as I couldnt even HANG on the chin bar much less climb a rope last year when those photos were taken.
things have come a long way since then
