I have some seriously good fats in my diet right now:
1) macademia nut oil
2) coconut oil
3) cod liver oil
4) fish oil
5) flak seed oil
6) olive oil
not to mention the almonds, peanut butter, macademia nuts, butter and dairy foods in the diet! inflammation is feeling better all the time( with the occasional exception of spine falling out ass.)
"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."
