Do I have the same body proportions as Julia? Do you think her technique will work for me?
well it worked well in the squat,but what I want you to focus on is not jsut the specific technque of her setup but how much she links from the bar, through her torso TO her legs before she pulls.watch the line of the bar as she pulls and freeze it just as she gets the bar off the floor and see her torso involvement.
