Looks like a dynamic RDL, and I can definately see how it would hit the hammies and glutes.
Still amazed at the body awarenes you have, and the ideas you come up with to work around all your issues.

You just look stronger and smoother with that form.

suprisingly enough royce I dont feel much in either.pretty well evenly distributed.it is the strongest form yet for me.

No arm pull? Have you given up taming the arc?

Rif: Excellent depiction of breathing out with abdominal tension on the upstroke. Not pulling with the arm? Have you given up on "Taming the arc?"

no more pulling on the bell for me. This is much safer on my biceps and shoulders.I am just taming a longer arc; its' like a straight arm swing to handstand on rings or high bar. no arm bend there either.
