"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

how tall are you Rif?
single digits is very respectable. In the single digits the ABS should be looking nice and lean!
Let me guess, you've increased your ice cream? :)
franz,
I'm tall for my height of 5'5" I used to be 5'7" so much for years of heavy squatting and running!
and yes I've increased fats. Flax seed oil as well as the ice cream, lol!

I only eat once but I eat a lot.
Interesting dietary regime. I'm usally very hungry in the morning and lunch time ,not so much at night.
Different strokes for different folks! :)
franz,
I have found that this follows from when your last meal is. I guarantee you( not that you need to do this) that if you dont eat all day you will be hungry at night and not be hungry in the AM
