Wow, this ice cream thing is working:
weight: 162.2
Bodyfat: 9.1% Lowest in fifteen years or more.
"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

Congratulations dude that is way cool. Visible abs yet?
Almost 1/4 of my bodyfat ( 35% ) dude am I envious. I hit single digit % once in my early 20's.
I started at over 40% so at least i am making progress ( slow though ).
And for the record ice cream does not work for me :-( ..... lol
thanks dude. yeah you can see my abs. I've always had decent abs though. gymnastics bodybuilding and powerlifting all worked them hard.
aussie girl,
yes I eat ice cream pretty much every night; I like variety- coconut, pistachio, goats milk chevre, even plain vanilla but not much chocolate.
the warrior diet works very well for me but it takes some acclimation. let me know if you need some help breaking it in.good luck!
Great body fat %! Looks like I need to eat more ice cream!
Warrior diet? I tried it and didn't have the best of energy.
it takes awhile to adapt. I went for quite awhile eating two other daytime meals with no carbs and then slowly dropping them off. I use a lot of fats too( ice cream, lol!) and that seems to help. Full fat cream in my am coffee. no energy problems unless I'm bored then its waaaaay hard not to eat.
Rif - so what do you eat in the morning? Just Coffee? Are you snacking on anyting? nuts, seeds, higher fat snacks?
