


Joes first round of 8/8 in the 5 minute snatch test with the 32 kg

This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with 95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...

Snatching 32kg for 33 seconds, 16 reps is pretty fast.
thats how he wanted to approach it.snatch for 3o sec and rest the rest of the minute.
