Kettlebell arms

The thing Tracy always talked about when she talked about getting back in shape was getting arms. The real irony is that with all the bodybuilding she did back in the day she never had arms like this, doing no direct biceps work at all.Thats a bicep.

Rif, I can see that Tracy like the fast pace stuff. I've added power lifting into my workouts mid week. Last week I did this
135# DL 5 reps
Stict Press 60# 5 reps
Six rounds for time.
I really found it empowering.
Not to mention it was fun!

Tracy is gifted in the arm department... I am stuck with pipe cleaners, even with all my pull-up work.

that's the thing; tracy ISNT gifted in the arm dept. she never had any arms at all before. freaky.

haha that's so funny! People always ask me how my arms are so (insert hand gesture for "big & strong"). I just have to shake my head...kettlebells! and NO isolation "exercises."

155 x 3 x 5, 160 x 3 x 5, 20 kg swings 5 x 8/8, floor pushups 40, 35

 Thought about going back to 5x5 for a hot second then my left shoulder  reminded me why I stopped doing them before. It doesn't seem to...
