Understanding Max O2 Consumption

This is an interesting site for explaining the O2 delivery system and why it is important for increasing endurance and work capacity. Kenneths Max Vo2 protocol is specifically designed to increase stroke volume, the limiting factor in getting more oxygen to the muscles.

yeah this was good for me too. been too long outa school.

2nd Fastest 3 mile 35 lb ruck 44:53 14:55 ave pace

 Also a two mile PR of 29.7 min. Did NOT want to get started ( not enough sleep) but man it was strong once I got going Best time was Dec 25...
