This be way strong.When it's light, you can move it fast.

I skipped PttP today cause my hammies were sore from yesterday and I was scheduled for a another swing session today.
Guess I'm gunna go bench right now!

175 x 1 x5 185 x 1 x 5, BW squats 8 x 15, laterals 3 x 10 12lbs

 This went well Moving this workout next week to thursdays. I will ruck  wednesdays. I need another day of rest and this follows the pattern...
