Back in the day, 1998 . The 85 lb Rifstone.
"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."
Wow, quads were sore from the start today! good sore. though it would affect my ruck more but it didn't another fast and strong one! 35...

Did you pull that sword out of the Rifstone like the Excalibur legend?
LOL aaron. that was the general theme of the day.
Damn Rif, nice! You had some guns man.
What a picture !
Is this the same person who certified me?
My 1998, I was way oversized.
yes takei, that was the big version of me about 190 lbs.
royce, thanks man. I always did have arms. they were just about 18" at their biggest.
Hey Rif can you imagine someone sneaking into your yard to break into your house and seeing you sword in hand, and stone on your shoulder?
lol royce.Even Bigrif was still short rif.
Stone and sword or not, you still look pretty friendly. I'd probably ask what you're up to rather than crossing the street or running away.
You had a lot of muscle on that small frame. There's no way I'd guess you were 190. Maybe 170.
If you did Judo, your victims would be in for a big surprise.
Sexy!!!
thought you'd appreciate that Brett. I was 192 in 1997 whenI did my best squat and was actually all the way up to 200 for a bit when I was bulking for bodybuilding but at 20% BF.
