Sherk rocks but man a kb would fit in perfectly with this type of training

32 kg swing 40 x 5 in 40 min 40 kg belt squats 3 x 8, rev grip pullaparts 3 x 20

This was solid. Workman like, Everything held together Strict on the minute    Brought back belt squats as it seems I've more leg issues...
