I must be a genius then! Ha! Actually, I have been doing it for a couple of weeks, and so far I like it. My biggest problem so far is figuring out what I want to eat for my main meal. So many options, so little time.
smarter, not smart, lol!Part of the diet is figuring out what you need to eat in your main meal;becoming more concious of what your body needs and thrives on and giving it to it.
