Sunday Fast walk

 Neck was feeling better in the AM but no way was I putting on the ruck

Just a 4.5 mile fast walk and it was decent

Basically averaged about 16 min miles which felt great

Without the pack it feels like I could fly, definitely run but surprisingly  I'm not that much faster but I should probably do these more often
