44 kg one arm swings 25 x 5, 44 kg belt squats 3 x 10, pistols 3x3, pullaparts 3 x 30

 Strong session, New old style: quad dominant speed focus. definitely like this more. More power more speed less tension and just a little bit less bell height. good tradeoff

  This was decent considering only 5 1/2 hours sleep and time crunch but it just made  me push harder and it worked out 167.0 12.2
