Sunday walk

 Fibula feels ok just being cautious

fast paced at first then stopped to talk the war

felt  nice to just walk not ruck

 This went surprisingly well. I did it before and had one of the best press workouts ever ( 205, 210 215 220 215 210) but then stopped. ? No...
