Ruck Strong

 


Had a full head of steam this morning and it always makes for good energy to burn it off during the ruck! Nice cool temps and fresh air

Legs were good as were lungs, the heavy swings and pistols wouldn't show itself in my calves til later 

Sunday evening but there were good on the ruck.

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
