Not quite as hot today with some breeze and that helped a lot. Legs not bad at all and I got into my stride pretty quickly. No lactic acid buildup in calves or hips. back was good too.
Got a decent last lap of 7:02 but don't know how to make my legs go faster. Don't know how I did this a few years ago. I must have airborne shuffled a bit but I'm not doing any of that anymore. But I must have.
