24 kg Swing Vo2 13 min, walking lunges, parallel pushups, kb row



Definitely a day to back off. Just in time. Lots going on in life so I got to the workout without as much mental prep as I like but that was ok because it was 'just' 13 min. Well it was a long 13 minutes,lol

Regardless of the weight this is a serious amount of work. But it was good to have a relatively short beating

even this was harder. Just a bit tired.
