that is my version. it does two things;1) makes sure my top hip is perfectly stacked over the bottom one and 2) creates more stretch in my consistently tight left hamstring.
Your RKC II materials back in 2008 are working for me to teach clients by the way. I think it's one of the very few RKC materials that materialize from anatomy aspect.
