Interesting!!! I like the ballistic single arm DB bench preses.

16 kg swings 20 x 10/10, 2 16 kg kb press x 5 x5 parallete pushups 3 x 12, bw squats 4 x 20

  these were good. not sure my mid back will like it though. but it definitely works the arms separately and no biceps impingement issues th...
