"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."
This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with 95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...

I used to do the same Rif. I once squatted holding onto an 85 pound DB on a Swiss Ball, fun but way stupid!
If you have ever watched Paul Chek's CORE CONDITIONING, there is a shot of me jumping on a swiss ball and then squatting on it while I'm using the Bodyblade. Kind of fun although I'm not sure it ever made me a better athlete.
YES! I remember that shot! cool.its a hard skill whatevers that worth as an athlete.
That's seriously impressive Rif, especially to a guy like me who can't walk into the next room without tripping!
franz you are one functioanlly strong dude! 85 pounds in nuts! but so is jumping up to that bad boy! I wish I would have know about it when I was a gymnasts :))
royce, thanks man. actually I am not naturally coordinated. never have been. just very determined to not suck. The only thing that really needs to be trained is the will. everything else will fall into place if that is in shape.
