16 kg swings 20 x 10/10 27 min, bw squats 4 x 20, floor pushups 11, 12, 15

I'm really liking this workout. Easy for sure but  it still gets challenging from sets 15-20

squats are still fun (hard) getting ready to get that fifth set in there

and elbow is feeling almost 100 % normal
