Press Cues/Timing

 


1) Set up hips in front of bar

2) Unrack with hips in front

3) Initiate press with hip drive

4) Immediately lay back 

5) Press to X

  This was strong and steady. NO heavy leg work after, we'll see if it helps the ruck tomorrow 166.8 11.2
