44 kg One Arm Swings 10 x 8/8 Strong!,pistol practice,wt pushup, laterals



As bad as last week was that's how good this week was. Strong and easy, relatively. But powerful for sure and recovery between sets was solid

this is the closest I have come to a no support one legged squat. FINALLY I can see myself being able to do it!

  Not great sleep and a bit sore ( no aspirin for last three days) so all in all it was a strong day . Just definitely not 'fresh'  ...
