44 kg One arm swings 10x8/8, pistol practice, wt pushups, laterals



Hard start but then cruised into a nice landing
Everything felt good waking up just not super mentally into it
Got there though, the freakin bell's heavy

 height and power felt good. that was the focus, as much float as possible too

pistol pratice

not really good. played with light kb in rack position as well as extended arms to see if it would help balance but it didnt'
Legs are still tired too
