Father's day ruck
This was a tough one. yesterday's heavy work got me pretty stiff and sore. No tweaks but overall tired and sore so it was slow going today
No worries though, it got done.
Nice and cool though, and even overcast! My favorite rucking weather

Mind was solid again though, legs just heavy

BF 13.7 (No bath)
