Thursday Ruck

A day late getting this written down( two days actually) but it got done. Not a bad one either. Not super fast but legs felt decent, and , more importantly, my mind was solid

it was hot but slightly breezy and that always helps. legs starting to come back around

 This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with  95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...
