Capt. Kirk IS powerlifting.

You gotta have the right screws loose to be a good powerlifter, and Kirk does. Man I miss this, no matter how bad it is for you. I lived this life for 15 years and loved every minute of it. You want intensity, get under the heaviest bar you ever had in your life, THEN add some weight to it.

Capt Kirk is a legend. Great video and a peak inside the mans head. I love when he talks about trowing a 45lb plate at someone for socializing in the gym. I think I should take up a similar policy.

exactly boris. so many workout but so few train.

I know what you're saying. I was at the Arnold's Classic this past weekend, and there are tonnes of "fit" people there who "workout" regularly but few who train with any purpose.

 This went VERY well almost all reps identical. Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it with more weight on ...
