yes, the one where his body is level with the rings is a maltese. crazy hard!

I can imagine, I've read that it's one of the hardest moves to learn and do. Any truth to that?

 This went VERY well almost all reps identical. Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it with more weight on ...
