Intermittent fasting by Mark Sisson

I am really enjoying Mark's blog posts. I have been using the Warrior Diet now for three years and havent felt better in my life, especially from a digestive standpoint.

Riff,

I used to do this quite often back when size was my only concern. It's effect were tremendous.
I would ladder my calorie and protein consumption on 6-8 week cycles. 220g of protein per day, 1'st week. 250 2'nd week, etc. up to 320-350 g of pro per day.

I ended up like many BB's having a cheat meal on Sunday but because I was so strict and eating so much eventually my cheat meal became not eating or only having one meal. It kept my bodyfat down, musculature high, and digestive system from backing up.

I still do it occasionally plus I've since done the lemonade diet. I see perfect candidates for intermittent fasting in my clients but they are very apprehensive to attempt so I don't push. Any thoughts on this?
