32 kg one arm swings 10 x 8/8, 32 kg belt squats 3 x 10, pullaparts 3 x 30

 

This went well all things considered. Harder than expected even at only 8 reps per arm instead of 10s

Just showed me how out of rep shape I am. good bell height and power tho. fast rest/ sets


Legs were feeling this from the deeper depth/stretch. another good one
