Thursday ruck

 


Short one, just four laps -2 miles- but done at pretty good pace; 17 min mile. Also got it done at 8 am so it was still cool and crisp. Love it

Legs and lungs both felt good, Not the full distance but better than nothing

 All up to  210, then not enough speed off chest. 205 was solid though  so there's that 171.0 9.7 ! 60.8 12 noon
