32 kg One arm swings de load week,pistols and laterals

 

As usual I considered upping either the sets to 12 or the reps to ten but then remembered, again, the point of a de load week which is to have an easy session
But if one does it right ( hardstyle on each rep of every set) nothing's ever easy

everything felt strong and good, legs and lungs solid

One arm swings
32 kg x 10 x 8/8

Pistol practice
3 sets of 7/7 

these pretty tough on no working leg/rec fem. good


laterals/rear delts

3 x 10/10 with 15s
